Soyuz spans the 1991 handover: the spacecraft family was designed for and first flown under the Soviet space program from 1967; following the Soviet Union's December 1991 dissolution, Roscosmos (renamed from the Russian Federal Space Agency in 2015) continued to develop and fly Soyuz, and still does. This link is kept and names the current post-1991 operator; a separate operated-by link to the Soviet space program names the original one.
