South Korea Space Agencies

Space agencies and companies headquartered in South Korea. The group includes the Korea AeroSpace Administration (KASA), the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI) and the Korean Committee of Space Technology, together with manufacturers and new entrants such as Korea Aerospace Industries, Hanwha Aerospace, Hyundai Space and Aircraft, Innospace and Contec. South Korea has moved from a research institute led program toward a dedicated national space agency and a commercial launch and satellite sector over the 2020s, and both strands are represented in this group.
