Space agencies and companies headquartered in Belgium. The group includes the Royal Belgian Institute for Space Aeronomy, a federal scientific research institute, alongside commercial and engineering firms Aerospacelab, Antwerp Space, OIP Sensor Systems and Spacebel. Belgium has no single national space agency of its own; its space activity is coordinated through federal science policy and the European Space Agency, and its members here are largely research institutes and private companies.
