Sections

The nine editorial bands this atlas's homepage and category pages are organized under: Celestial Objects, Missions and Programs, Spacecraft, Space Agencies and Companies, Astronauts and Cosmonauts, Pioneers, Observatories and Instruments, Concepts, and Launch Vehicles. A section is a navigational band grouping one or more categories under one editorial heading, distinct from the category entity of the same or a similar name that a reader actually browses entries within.
