ArkEdge Space

ArkEdge Space is a Japanese small satellite company headquartered in Koto, Tokyo, founded in 2018, providing comprehensive solutions from planning and design through mass production and operation of microsatellite constellations. The company manufactures CubeSats and microsatellites for government and private customers, plans to operate several satellite constellations including one built on the VHF Data Exchange System, and its Tokyo facility includes a clean room, a radio-frequency anechoic chamber and a satellite mission control center. ArkEdge Space raised 8 billion yen in a February 2025 Series B funding round, bringing its cumulative funding and orders since 2022 to more than 32 billion yen, and grew its workforce to more than 120 employees.
