OKB Fakel, also known as EDB Fakel, is a Russian electric propulsion company headquartered in Kaliningrad, Kaliningrad Oblast, that develops spacecraft attitude-control thrusters and ion engines. It was founded in 1955 as a propulsion laboratory of the Soviet Academy of Sciences and became a formal design bureau, OKB, in 1962.
