An American launch vehicle adapted from the Titan II intercontinental ballistic missile to carry NASA's two-seat Gemini spacecraft. It launched all twelve Gemini missions between 1964 and 1966, the program that proved rendezvous, docking and extravehicular activity ahead of Apollo.

To launch the spacecraft, NASA ordered the modification of the U.S. Air Force's Titan II missile, built by the Martin Marietta Corporation in Baltimore.
