TON 618 is a hyperluminous quasar located near the border of the constellations Canes Venatici and Coma Berenices, at a projected comoving distance of about 18.2 billion light-years from Earth. It hosts one of the most massive black holes known, with mass estimates for the central black hole running into the tens of billions of solar masses.
