Uzbekcosmos, formally the Space Research and Technology Agency under the Ministry of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan and also known as the Uzbekspace Agency, is the official Uzbek state space agency. It is tasked with developing and implementing a unified state policy and strategic direction in space research and technology, and it was formed by decree of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev on 30 August 2019.
