An American launch service provider formed in December 2006 as a 50/50 joint venture between Boeing and Lockheed Martin, combining their Delta and Atlas rocket families. It now operates the Vulcan Centaur launch vehicle as the Atlas V is phased out and the Delta family has been retired.
