Terran Orbital is an American manufacturer of small satellites serving United States and allied aerospace and defense customers. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, providing satellite design, production, launch planning, mission operations and in orbit support for military, civil and commercial customers. In 2024 Lockheed Martin acquired Terran Orbital, completing the purchase in October of that year and becoming its sole owner.
