NSLComm is an Israeli satellite communications company headquartered at Airport City near Ben Gurion Airport, founded in 2015 by Raz Itzhaki, a former manager of the nanosatellite department at Israel Aerospace Industries, along with Daniel Rockberger and Danny Spirtus. The company designs fabric like, flexible dish antennas that stow compactly for launch and expand once a nanosatellite reaches orbit, giving small satellites much greater bandwidth and communication capacity than fixed antenna designs at a fraction of the cost of larger spacecraft. NSLComm launched its first nanosatellite fitted with an expandable antenna in 2019.
