Nammo, short for Nordic Ammunition Company, is a Norwegian-Finnish aerospace and defence group headquartered in Raufoss, Norway, formed in 1998 through the merger of Norwegian and Finnish ammunition manufacturers. Alongside its ammunition business the group produces rocket engines and propulsion systems for orbital launch vehicles, including separation motors used on the Ariane 6 rocket, and it develops lunar lander engine technology under contracts with the European Space Agency.
