Maxar Technologies Inc. was an American space technology company specializing in geospatial intelligence, Earth observation, on-orbit satellite servicing and satellite products. It was formed on 5 October 2017 when DigitalGlobe and MDA Holdings Company merged. Maxar was the parent holding company of Maxar Space Systems, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, and Maxar Intelligence, headquartered in Westminster, Colorado, and from 2017 to 2023 it was dual-listed on the Toronto and New York stock exchanges under the ticker MAXR. In October 2025 Maxar Intelligence and Maxar Space Systems were rebranded as Vantor and Lanteris respectively.
