Andoya Space, previously named Andoya Rocket Range and also known as Andoya Space Center, is a rocket launch site and spaceport on Andoya island in the Vesteralen archipelago of Nordland county, Norway. Operating since 1962, the site has launched more than 1,200 sounding and sub-orbital rockets, and it is owned ninety percent by the Royal Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry and ten percent by Kongsberg Defence and Aerospace.
