AAC Clyde Space

AAC Clyde Space is a private space company headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, formed in 2019 through the merger of the Scottish firm Clyde Space and the Swedish firm AAC Microtec, both originally established in 2005. The company manufactures and operates small CubeSats and satellite components for contractors, building the spacecraft primarily for clients before operating them from ground stations, and at the time of the 2019 merger more than forty percent of all CubeSats ever built had carried some component made by Clyde Space; the Uppsala office serves as the administrative headquarters while the Glasgow office remains the primary manufacturing site.
