Biolab (ISS module)

Space Station

Biolab is a single-rack science payload built for use inside the Columbus laboratory module of the International Space Station. It supports biological research on small plants, small invertebrates, microorganisms, animal cells, and tissue cultures, and it includes an incubator fitted with centrifuges that can subject those experimental subjects to controlled levels of acceleration.
