Space Probe

Danuri, officially the Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter, is the first lunar mission of South Korea, with the orbiter, its science payload and its ground control infrastructure all serving as technology demonstrators. Alongside its technology demonstration role, the orbiter is tasked with surveying lunar resources such as water ice, uranium, helium-3, silicon and aluminium, and with producing a topographic map intended to help select future lunar landing sites.
