Kratos Defense & Security Solutions is an American technology company, listed on Nasdaq as KTOS, serving the defense, national security and commercial space markets. Its Kratos Space business leads in virtualized ground systems and software-defined space networks, providing command and control, telemetry, tracking and control, space domain awareness and satellite communications products for defense and commercial satellite operators. The company holds major United States Space Force and Space Development Agency contracts, including a 446.8 million dollar ground system award for the Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking program and a 116.7 million dollar contract to build a ground system supporting missile-defense low Earth orbit satellite data, and it has also delivered ground segment systems for commercial customers such as the Airbus Defence and Space OmanSat-1 satellite.
