The company initially planned to use Ukrainian Cyclone-4M rockets but abandoned that arrangement after the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, and as of 2024 it shifted to an airport style business model, partnering with multiple launch providers including T-Minus Engineering of the Netherlands, Reaction Dynamics of Quebec and Isar Aerospace of Germany, with preliminary agreements with Skyrora of the United Kingdom and Innospace of South Korea.
