Telespazio Spa is a European spaceflight services joint venture between the Italian defense conglomerate Leonardo, holding 67 percent, and the French technology corporation Thales Group, holding 33 percent. It forms one half of the Space Alliance along with Thales Alenia Space, which is also owned by Thales at 67 percent and Leonardo at 33 percent.
