Sitael

Sitael is an Italian aerospace company headquartered in Mola di Bari, tracing its origins to a company founded in 1994 in Viareggio by Nicola Zaccheo that later relocated to Puglia and was reorganized under the current name, formally established in 2012 under the Angel Holding group led by Vito Pertosa. The company designs and manufactures small satellites and plasma electric propulsion systems and has taken part in more than thirty international space missions, including work on the AMS-02 antimatter detector delivered to the International Space Station and on the European Space Agency Solar Orbiter mission.
