Vyoma GmbH is a German space situational awareness company established in August 2020 and headquartered in Munich. It is building a constellation of space based sensors, named Flamingo, that combines its own satellite cameras with data from third party ground telescope networks to monitor space debris and provide real time collision avoidance data to satellite operators. Its first satellite, Flamingo-1, launched on 11 January from Vandenberg Space Force Base in California, with Flamingo-2 in production for a planned fourth quarter 2026 launch and further satellites planned through 2029; the company has received funding from the European Investment Fund, the European Defence Fund and the German Aerospace Centre.
