Exolaunch GmbH is a German launch services, mission management and deployment systems provider based in Berlin, with offices in the United States, France and Japan. Founded in January 2010, the company specializes in deploying small satellites ranging from CubeSats to microsatellites, and has supported the deployment of more than 575 satellites. In 2026 the private equity firm EQT agreed to acquire Exolaunch from its founder Dmitriy Sternharz, the first private equity investment by EQT in the space sector.

Wikipedia's own infobox lists Robert Sproles as current CEO with founder Dmitriy Sternharz continuing as Founder and President; this 2024 trade-press report is the clearest dated confirmation of the CEO succession found this pass. A June 2026 acquisition by EQT is reported as a purchase from founder Sternharz, consistent with Sternharz holding an ownership and founder role rather than the CEO title by that point.
