ImageSat International N.V. is a commercial satellite imaging company established in 1997 as a joint venture, which owns and operates the EROS series of Israeli commercial Earth observation satellites designed and manufactured by Israel Aerospace Industries with optical components from El-Op. Its first satellite, EROS A, launched on December 5, 2000, followed by EROS B in 2006 and EROS C3 in December 2022 aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9; as of November 2017 the Israeli private equity fund FIMI controls ImageSat International, and in July 2021 the company announced a partnership with the Italian firm e-GEOS, owned by the Italian Space Agency and Telespazio, to consolidate satellite imaging assets including the EROS constellation.
