The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre, known as IN-SPACe, is a single window autonomous agency operating under India's Department of Space. Its creation was announced in June 2020 by India's Minister of State for Space, Jitendra Singh, and approved by the Union Cabinet, giving India's private space sector a dedicated body to seek authorization and support for space activities.
