Digantara

Digantara is an Indian space situational awareness company founded in 2020 and headquartered in Bengaluru, building infrastructure to track objects and debris in orbit and to manage the resulting collision risk for satellite operators. The company operates a network of ground based sensors and in January 2025 launched its first dedicated spacecraft, named SCOT, to add space based tracking to its ground network, part of a plan to launch about fifteen satellites through 2026 and 2027, mostly on SpaceX rideshare missions. In late 2025 Digantara raised a fifty million dollar funding round that brought its total capital raised to roughly sixty four and a half million dollars, and said it would use the money in part to expand from space debris tracking into missile detection and tracking technology.
