Space agencies and companies headquartered in European countries with fewer than three members in this subcategory, gathered here rather than each given a single member group. It includes national space offices and agencies such as those of Belarus, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania and Romania, the Bulgarian Space Research and Technology Institute, and a small number of companies headquartered in the same countries such as NanoAvionics in Lithuania and ARCAspace in Romania. A country here may grow its own group in a later pass if its membership grows past this group's own floor.
