CesiumAstro

CesiumAstro is an American aerospace company headquartered in Austin, Texas, founded in 2017 by Shey Sabripour. The company develops advanced phased array antenna systems, software defined radios and multi-beam, reconfigurable communications modules for satellites and other aerospace platforms, serving customers including the Space Development Agency, Raytheon Technologies and Rocket Lab. CesiumAstro opened a spacecraft design facility in Broomfield, Colorado in 2020, acquired the United Kingdom based TXMission in January 2023, and raised sixty five million dollars in a Series B-plus funding round in June 2024, bringing its total equity funding to about one hundred fifty six million dollars.
