ISC Kosmotras

ISC Kosmotras, the International Space Company Kosmotras, is a joint project between Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan established in 1997 and headquartered in Moscow. It operates a commercial expendable launch system using the Dnepr rocket, a converted decommissioned Soviet SS-18 intercontinental ballistic missile, launching from the Baikonur Cosmodrome and the Yasny launch base at Dombarovsky, Russia. Its operations became uncertain after Russia severed space-industry ties with Ukraine in February 2015, and by 2016 it appeared to have no remaining customers; in 2017 it formed the joint venture GK Launch Services with Glavkosmos to continue commercial launches on the Soyuz-2 rocket.
