LeoLabs is an American space technology company headquartered in Menlo Park, California, founded in 2016 as a spinoff from SRI International by former SRI scientists Michael Nicolls, Dan Ceperley and John Buonocore. The company tracks satellites and space debris in low Earth orbit using a global radar network capable of detecting objects as small as two centimeters, contributing to collision avoidance and space traffic safety, and by late 2025 it operated 11 radar installations across seven locations worldwide, including sites in the United States, New Zealand, Costa Rica, Australia, the Azores and Argentina.
