Atomos Space is an in-space logistics company founded in Denver, Colorado in the late 2010s by Vanessa Clark and William Kowalski, developing orbital transfer vehicles that rendezvous with and capture a client satellite delivered to a provisional orbit and then carry it to its precise operational orbit. The approach is intended to let a satellite operator use a less expensive, less precise launch and still reach the intended orbit, potentially lowering the total cost of deploying a constellation. In March 2025 Atomos Space was acquired by Katalyst Space Technologies.
