Altius Space Machines

Altius Space Machines is an American aerospace company headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado, founded in 2010 by Jonathan Goff. The company develops rendezvous, capture, docking, robotic manipulation and propellant transfer hardware for spacecraft, including its DogTag universal grapple fixture, which is designed to let a servicing spacecraft grab hold of an otherwise non-cooperative failed satellite for repair or disposal. Voyager Space Holdings acquired Altius Space Machines in January 2020, and the company has continued operating as a subsidiary within the Voyager Technologies group.
