Kathleen Rubins

Kathleen Rubins is an American microbiologist and retired NASA astronaut who became the 60th woman to fly in space when she launched to the International Space Station on a Russian Soyuz spacecraft on July 7, 2016. She served as a crew member of Expedition 48/49 and later Expedition 63/64, returning to Kazakhstan by Soyuz on October 30, 2016. Across her missions she logged 300 days, 1 hour and 31 minutes in space, the fourth most of any American woman.
